History
Alogayell Consulting Engineers ( OCE ) is an Engineering, Architectural, and Real-estate developing practice founded by Engineer Nasser Aogayell in 1982 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. OCE owns and operate now more than 500 residential and commercial unites in Riyadh.
